Multiplying Integers
Part 1. When integers have the same value (+ or -) the product is positive.
(+2)x(+3)=(+6)
When the integers have different values (+ or -) the product is negative.
(+2)x(-3)=(-6)
Part 2. When muliplying integers count the negative signs as odd numbers = negative product and even numbers = positive product.
(+2)x(+3)x(-1)=(-6)
(+2)x(+3)=(+6)
(+6)x(-1)=(-6)
